RAYMAN COMPOIL are recommended for single and multistage air compressors. They are particularly effective for continuous high temperature operation. The maximum compressed air temperature, according to DIN 51506, is 220 ° C. They are suitable for reciprocating and rotary type machines with the lower viscosity grades mainly used in rotary compressors.

These oils are designed for lubrication and cooling of metal surfaces working under arduous metal working operations on tough ferrous metals. They are not recommended for metal working operations on non-ferrous and cuprous metals.
Application
Recommended for severe metal cutting operations e.g. gear cutting, broaching and threading on ferrous metals and alloys.
RAYCUT NS 24

RAYCUT A12
RAYCUT A12 is non-staining type neat cutting oil blended from highly refined base oils and fortified with chlorinated EP additive. Being low viscous, it enhances heat dissipation characteristics.
Application
• Recommended for machining of aluminium components, particularly in drilling, cutting and grinding operations where it provides superior surface finish.
• Also suitable for machining of Magnesium, Brass and its alloys
RAYSOL
RAYSOL is a high performance water miscible metal removal fluids. Formulated with leading edge base oils, additives, and emulsifiers, the RAYSOL series of non-chlorinated products provides dependable performance in a wide array of metal removal processes. The products are designed to work in a variety of hard and soft water qualities and offer low foam potential and long-term corrosion protection for machine and components.
